At ScoutShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
